Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for ImageVids AI paid plans, credit packs, subscriptions, and AI creative generation services.

ImageVids AI provides digital AI creative services. Because credits and generation tasks may be consumed immediately, refunds are limited as described below.

1. Summary

Before purchasing, please review your plan, credit amount, billing cycle, model access, export limits, watermark rules, and commercial use permissions.

ImageVids AI provides digital AI creative services. In general:

  • Credits consumed after a generation task begins are not refundable.
  • Completed or processing generation tasks are not refundable.
  • Subscriptions may be refundable only when the eligibility rules below are met.
  • Duplicate, incorrect, or confirmed billing errors may be eligible for correction.
  • Substantial platform malfunctions may be reviewed case by case after support investigation.
  • Free, promotional, bonus, or trial credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

2. Digital Service Notice

When you start an AI generation task, computing resources, AI model access, storage, and infrastructure costs may be used immediately.

For this reason, credits consumed by a started generation task are not refundable, including when the completed output does not match your creative expectation.

3. Subscription Refund Eligibility

Subscriptions may be eligible for refund only under the conditions below:

ImageVids AI may deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that involve misuse, abuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

  • Monthly subscriptions: full refund if requested within 14 days after the subscription period starts and less than 10% of your current period included credits have been used.
  • Annual subscriptions - first month: full refund if requested within 14 days after the annual subscription period starts and less than 10% of your first month included credits have been used.
  • Annual subscriptions - after the first month: refund amount equals the annual subscription fee minus the number of months used multiplied by the monthly subscription price of the same plan.
  • If applicable law requires a different refund right, that legal requirement controls.

Usage ratio is calculated using only the current period included credits and does not include bonus, promotional, or gifted credits. Used months are counted from your subscription start timestamp, not calendar months.

4. Billing Errors and Technical Issues

Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or other billing errors may be eligible for a refund or correction.

If a substantial platform malfunction prevents you from using ImageVids AI as intended, we may consider a refund, credit restoration, or replacement credits after support reviews the account, transaction, and technical details.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Monthly subscriptions that do not meet the 14-day and less-than-10%-usage eligibility requirements
  • Annual subscriptions requested during the first month that do not meet the 14-day and less-than-10%-usage eligibility requirements
  • Bonus, promotional, gifted, trial, or free credits
  • Services, credits, or generation tasks that have been fully delivered and consumed, except where this policy explicitly provides the annual-plan post-first-month refund calculation
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms, Content Policy, payment rules, or applicable law
  • Loss of access caused by account sharing, misuse, abuse, or attempted policy bypass

6. Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a confirmed ImageVids AI system error and credits are consumed, we may restore the consumed credits or provide replacement credits.

A failed generation does not include:

  • Output quality you dislike
  • A prompt that did not produce the intended motion
  • Style, realism, face, hand, object, text, or scene artifacts
  • User-uploaded assets that are unclear, low quality, unsupported, or unsuitable
  • Policy-blocked prompts or uploads
  • Failures caused by unsupported files or user-side network issues

7. Policy-Blocked Generations

If a prompt, upload, or generation request is blocked because it violates our Content Policy, credits may not be refunded.

This includes attempts to generate or manipulate:

  • NSFW or adult content
  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Sexualized minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Deepfake-style misuse
  • Unauthorized likeness or impersonation
  • Illegal, hateful, violent, or infringing content
  • Content designed to bypass safety filters

8. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period, except where this policy explicitly provides the annual-plan post-first-month refund calculation.

Paid benefits usually remain available until the end of the current billing period unless your account is suspended or terminated for policy violations.

9. Credit Packs and One-Time Purchases

If ImageVids AI offers one-time credit packs or similar purchases, unused paid credits may be reviewed only for confirmed billing errors, substantial technical issues, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Used credits are not refundable. Promotional, bonus, trial, or free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact billing@aiimagetovideos.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Subscription or plan details
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID, invoice ID, or order ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshots, error details, or other supporting information if the request involves a technical issue

We may ask for additional information to verify your account and transaction.

11. Refund Review Time

We aim to review refund requests within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

12. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your account may be restricted while the dispute is reviewed.

We encourage you to contact billing@aiimagetovideos.com before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.

13. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will apply from the date it is posted.
